5. Delivery of Services

Mode of Delivery:

Service Timelines:

Delivery timelines depend on the scope and complexity of the project and are agreed upon in the signed contract or proposal. Any delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership of Deliverables:

Upon full payment, the client will own the final deliverable, such as a website, mobile app, or software application, but the underlying source code remains the property of Drăgoi Florin Întreprindere Familială unless otherwise agreed.

Source Code and Licensing:

Transfer of Source Code Ownership:

The client may, at their discretion, acquire full ownership of the source code by paying an additional fee, which will be determined based on the complexity and scope of the project. Use of Third-Party Code:

Any third-party code or software libraries used in the project remain the property of the third-party licensors and are subject to their respective terms and conditions. The client is responsible for complying with those terms when using the final product.

Support and Maintenance:

Drăgoi Florin Întreprindere Familială will provide free support and maintenance for a period of 3-6 months, depending on the project. This will cover only security fixes, updates, and small bug fixes. Enhancements or significant feature requests are subject to an extra fee, unless detailed in the contract.
Support and maintenance work will be capped at a maximum of 1-3 hours per month, depending on the scope and complexity of the project. The exact number of hours will be specified in the contract. Any additional hours beyond this limit will be charged at the agreed hourly rate.

Documentation:

The client will receive documentation, if applicable, which may include user guides, code comments, API documentation, or other relevant materials that help understand and manage the final product. The extent of the documentation will be outlined in the project agreement.

7. User Obligations and Restrictions
